Prayer  Eternal God, our beginning and our end, be our starting point and our haven, and accompany us in this day’s journey.  Use our hands to do the work of your creation, and use our lives to bring others the new life you give this world in Jesus Christ, Redeemer of all.      Amen

The prayers are from The Book of Common Worship morning prayers and the Bible readings are from the daily common lectionary.  The daily lectionary is arranged in a two-year cycle and provides for reading twice through the New Testament and once through the Old Testament during the two-year cycle.
